For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water. (Approximately 8-9 cups of water daily depending on height, weight and activity, and duration of activity and climate conditions*.)

*Electrolytes may be needed to ensure properly balanced sodium levels to avoid hyponatremia (sodium loss) from superhydrating . Your body can absorb just so much fluid.
